Buckwheat Lettuce


  Buckwheat Lettuce is a delicate microgreen, with mild flavor and attractive reddish stems.  Buckwheat is normally eaten as a raw green, but it also presses nicely into a juice mixture of Buckwheat, Sunflower Greens, and Wheatgrass or Barleygrass.

  It is high in Vitamins A and C, as well as Calcium, Chlorophyll, Iron, Lecithin, Potassium, and Amino Acids.
